Additionally, the deposit was returned quite late, which was inconvenient. Overall, it was an average experience.

- MDMike DuranJan 20, 20261.0Were staying there for 2 days was told rooms are queen size beds which when measured they are actually full size beds cant sleep 2 people comfortably on the beds because there not queen size an the front desk staff are not nice at all would not recommend only people nice an friendly housekeeping an im not the only one who made post about the beds being small best western should fix this issue also manger an front desk threatens to call cops cause they told us they would refund one night of parking an now they dont want to an manger wont talk to us no more an also the shower head fell off on my head an manger said he needs to witness it an I got a bump on my head an nothing was done not even from corporate bestwestern dosent want to help me at all I will be getting lawyers
