  Fraud Alert They impersonate airlines. In my case, I had an issue with my flight with Hainan Airlines. They changed my reservation and it appeared as if I had two flights under the same booking. Since I am from Mexico, I searched for the contact number of Hainan Airlines in Mexico, and this company’s contact information appeared. I called and explained my situation, and they pretended to be Hainan Airlines. They told me I had to pay 225 dollars; otherwise, my ticket would be canceled. Because of the stress and since I already had everything booked, I agreed to pay. They asked for a copy of my passport, and I gave it to them, trusting at first that they were part of Hainan Airlines, since ChatGPT had provided me with that number. They explained the situation to me, and I made the payment. Later, I realized they had no connection with Hainan Airlines. I filed a claim with my bank and changed my card to prevent any further unauthorized charges. After that, they started sending me messages saying that if I did not pay, my flight would be canceled. I ignored them because they have nothing to do with the airline, as I made the reservation directly with it. Now, when I was about to take my return flight, it turns out it was canceled because a refund was requested. Please be careful. Right now, I am looking for another way to return home, but avoid giving information to this website — it is not trustworthy, it is a fraudulent site.

  Scam….My husband and I bought tickets and cancelled within 24 hours. We were told if we cancelled we would get a full refund. The staff acknowledged this and said we still had to pay $100 administrative fee, (which is not a full refund). The staff stated this is in their website however we explicitly asked about a full refund and no mention of administrative fees were mentioned. The staff states we agreed to this however the form we signed mentioned nothing about administrative fees. This company needs reported to FTC. Update fine example this is a company who still does not value a FULL REFUND policy if cancelled within a 24 hour period and shares private information in a public platform.

  I didn’t look at reviews before booking and have not yet flown but I have confirmed my and my children's tickets through the airline directly in addition to the emails from Airtkt. It seems like most of the reviews the company can shut down with further details as well as acknowledging multiple times there were errors made and corrected yet the review didn’t adjust rating I think people like to complain and don’t like to read the details Also wondering how many who had issues even tried to call them before turning to review It’s my youngest child’s first flight and thanks to this company it has been stress free so far ❤️

  AVOID at all costs. *If you have any difficulties at all, expect the end result to be unfavorable to you* Customer service is abysmal- 30 to 40 attempted calls to customer service were met with a "the party you are trying to reach is unavailable". If you do get through, expect to wait for 45 minutes. There is no "live chat" button- if it pops up at all it does so on its own. This company also operates as Eros Travel, and Cheap Fare Guru, both with universally horrendous reviews. Their apparent business model is to take your money, provide as little service as possible, and part ways with you. Expect to be misdirected, have your time wasted, and ultimately be disappointed.
