We need to use the restroom, The front desk said “The restroom is Closed for cleaning and we don’t have any other restrooms”. There’s absolutely no way a hotel would have one restroom for the lobby. The cleaning took at least 45 minutes that we were standing there. I wonder if the front desk ladies Would be able to wait that long? Would they be happy if they were treated like that If they were paying 450 a night to stay at a hotel with no restrooms in the lobby!

An old building in Chinatown but remodeled/updated with chic modern room design. Newer towels were a plus. Only a block or two from outstanding and famous Chinese restaurants. Will definitely stay next time I am in town.
