It would be great if they extended the roof a bit so the water wouldn't go to the walkways. Giving 3 stars because the bed was clean and pillows were soft. One more thing, the room does not come with free water bottles. So you'd have to buy your own. And the room was not stocked with toothbrushes you'd have to claim at the front desk. Soap/shampoo/conditioner pump were not full and were almost empty when we arrived

The neighborhood is walking distance to famous Phillipe's Sandwich but way too many places to add here. A block or two away street vendors selling fresh fruit and samples from all over the world. Rooms very clean and staff friendly. The elevator is not working but it was fine with me. A little exercise is not an issue. The parking structure below the hotel was easy to use. I will definitely be back for LA sight seeing.

Not fun when your room is on the 3rd floor. Butnif you want to stay in Chinatown (not sure why on purpose) its ok. Was close to my company office or I would have stayed elsewhere.
