  when we left dallas to instanbul at the turkish airlines counter at dallas airport we only got one boarding pass when we landed in instanbul my parents started walking towards the wheelchair people and we should them the dallas to instanbul boarding pass and i told them we need to go the indigo counter to get the boarding passes for indigo the wheelchair people refused to take us and also buggy drivers refused we were running out time and I had no other choice but start begging like a dog to buggy drivers then finally one agreed to take us but it was to late our flight took off. but on our way back from India we got all boarding passes at ahmedabad airport. turkish airlines counter dallas need to held responsible for this when this is a connecting flight they need to print all boarding passes. here is my itinerary number Agency Booking ID: 2510149762.

  “I had a very disappointing experience with CheapFareGuru. My ticket was rescheduled four times under the claim that no flights were available, even though I checked myself and found that flights were available. Eventually, I was pressured into canceling my ticket, after which I was charged a $75 cancellation fee. Their communication felt misleading, and the customer service was not helpful, especially when it came to handling currency-related issues. Overall, the support team seemed unprofessional and unable to clearly provide accurate information. I would not recommend using this service based on my experience.”

  Most of these bad reviews are complaints about fees and restrictions. Are people stupid? Every single travel website, airline, hotel, etc., has terms and conditions. Do yourself a favor and READ them instead of complaining about issues related to your purchase that you should have known. Again, all of the travel providers have them. I've used CheapFareGuru now four times and rate them with 5-stars as they were considerably cheaper for the flights I wanted. Don't be frightened off by the 1-star reviews by people who didn't bother to read about or purchase the seats/bags/refunds they needed - and then came back to complain.

  Be aware of their scam! I cancelled a reservation within 1 hour of booking and they did not disclose that I would be charged $75 cancellation fee. This is not honest as this should have been stated at the time of cancellation over the phone with their customer service. I then contacted their customer service telling them about the fact that was not disclosed and they would not do anything about the refund. A big scam in my opinion.
