  Très bon hôtel, bien placé, chambre spacieuse et confortable, petit déjeuner très correct. Un peu bruyant par moments, un peu vetuste mais bien entretenu. Personnel très sympathique !

  Horrible customer service. They do not respond to messages or inquiries. We were hoping to stay there, but had two questions prior to booking due to our situation, couldn’t tell by photos. Emailed and called leaving msg asking to please get back to us, twice, but never did.

  I recently booked a week long stay for my elderly mother. She has limited mobility and even though she has a nurse, the nurse is not with her at all times. This Best Western went above and beyond to make my mothers stay comfortable and welcoming. The staff checked in on her and brought her breakfast every day even though it’s not a service they offer. They are kind. Her room was clean. She slept well and said the bed was comfortable. Thank you to the team at Best Western Royal Palace Inn and Suites on S. Sepulveda in Los Angeles. Thank you for taking care of my mother during the times her nurse and I couldn’t. 💙

  Fred at the front desk was very helpful. Our room seemed dusty so he got the carpets shampooed and the rooms re-cleaned. Beds were clean and comfortable . The breakfast is decent - eggs , omelettes, scrambled eggs, bagels , juice , yogurt etc Their coffee was really good! And is available throughout the day. They also have water stations that you can use to refill your water bottles - something that I really apppreciate while travelling . Location is centrally located so very easy to get around Los Angeles for sightseeing.

  Pros: - Free Breakfast - Spacious Rooms with TVs, microwaves, fridges - Included all the basics (towels, free soap/personal care items) - Most staff were nice Cons: - Very outdated building and fixtures - AC in my unit was barely working - Very poor water pressure and temperature control did not work - Some windows are looking out directly at a wall - Room was not fully clean. Many large deep-set stains on the couch, towels, carpet, walls, etc. - Very thin walls: can always hear conversations in adjacent rooms - Lighting felt very dark in my room Overall, it’s an okay choice but for the price, I would’ve expected a much better experience. Most of the problems are attributed to the aged building and facility. I think this hotel would be better off at a lower price point, or needs a major remodel/reconstruction to maintain its current price.
