- IGI GDec 6, 20252.0Stayed here three weeks ago. The gentleman who checked me in was very pleasant, and the one-bedroom suite I booked did not disappoint. Breakfast is served in the small lobby area, so we brought it back to our room. Unfortunately, the woman who checked me out was rude and unprofessional, and seemed unhappy that I was granted a late checkout through my membership perks. Her attitude left a negative impression, and because of that experience, I would not return. Great customer service should be consistent, and one unpleasant interaction can impact an entire stay.

After checking in, we turned the oven on to warm up some food and once the oven was hot, roaches came out from behind the oven. We immediately checked out and asked for a refund.
- JBJohn BallardNov 23, 20252.0The bad: The room (206) stunk a little bit. Almost swampy. The door to the room did not fit well and there was big gaps on the side and on the bottom. The gaps in the door let in light and sound all night. The top side of the door molding was rotting and the paint on the door was peeling. The fabric chair in the room looked filthy. The Wi-Fi was slow and Verizon cell service was also slow in this area ( not sure if the block walls surrounding the property reduce signal). There was what appeared to be a methamphetamine enthusiast frolicking through the parking lot at one point. The Good: The air conditioning works great. There is a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker in the room. The breakfast food area is tiny and the options are limited. The area where you get the food is really close to the tables, which makes it feel really cramped. Overall this did not feel like a Best Western. I had originally booked another hotel but was skeptical so I booked this Best Western. It was a mistake. I had booked the room for two nights but checked out after only one night.
