  Mattresses need replacement, they are worn out/saggy. My back hurt from sleeping on it. No one cleaned the room for my second night even though I requested cleaning. Someone was smoking near my car even tho smoking is not allowed. Seems to be no follow through. The place has definitely fallen down as I've been staying here over 20 years. Won't be back.

  The room is old and dingy. The beds are lumpy and u comfortable. The drapes have mold on them, the fridge made a clicking sound and no hot water the first day. Worst BW I have stayed at. Man at front desk was pleasant.

  Stayed here three weeks ago. The gentleman who checked me in was very pleasant, and the one-bedroom suite I booked did not disappoint. Breakfast is served in the small lobby area, so we brought it back to our room. Unfortunately, the woman who checked me out was rude and unprofessional, and seemed unhappy that I was granted a late checkout through my membership perks. Her attitude left a negative impression, and because of that experience, I would not return. Great customer service should be consistent, and one unpleasant interaction can impact an entire stay.

  The staff was friendly. However there were roaches in our room! We booked a king suite which had a kitchen. After checking in, we turned the oven on to warm up some food and once the oven was hot, roaches came out from behind the oven. We immediately checked out and asked for a refund.
