  I had a fantastic stay! The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I loved the pool area. Definitely a great spot to relax!

  Booked at this hotel for one day March 21, 2026 before my carnival cruise and paid my deposit. Checked out the hotel and my deposit still hasn’t been released it’s still pending. Tried calling them to get my deposit released no one is answering the phone to even get proof that my checkout had a zero payment left and to get my deposit release. This is horrible and sad.i will never choose this hotel again. If I could give the service a zero I would.

  Very nice, comfortable rooms. Very little to no noise. Nice area, and very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

  Room was nice and clean and everything in the room worked perfectly! And the staff at front desk were very professional and made me feel welcome! Quick and efficient check-in/out, and it was a pleasant visit.

  We stayed here for one night as we were going on a cruise. This hotel had a package to park your car there and then they have a shuttle to take you to and from the port. Hotel is older but in good shape. Room was nice and clean. Bed was pretty uncomfortable. Restaurant was good. The problem I had was with the shuttle. When we checked in we reserved a spot on the 9am shuttle to the port. We were told that when we returned to call the hotel and get a spot on the return shuttle. The shuttle back leaves the port at 9:30 and 11:30. Ok, no problem. The shuttle trip to the port was fine, got there with no problem. When we get back I call the hotel while still on the ship. I am told you can’t get a spot on the return shuttle as that is not how it works. I am supposed to call when we get off the ship and call them. They will pick us up whenever they have time, which could take hours. Well that’s not what I was told when we checked in. So we said screw it and took an uber. Tried to get ahold of management with no success. Filled out their survey too and asked for a call. No call. I have 2 more cruises coming up, this place won’t get my business now because of this. All they had to do was call me and address the issue.
