In all that time, I have never been charged for parking at a standard open-lot location like this. I booked this stay at $177 per night (over $200 with taxes and fees). There was no clear, upfront disclosure of a $15 parking charge during the reservation process. Only upon arrival was I informed that if I had a vehicle, I would be charged — or risk being towed. That is unacceptable. This is not a downtown property with valet service or a structured parking garage. It is a wide, open surface lot. The issue is not the $15 — it’s the lack of transparency and the way it was presented at check-in. Telling a loyal 20-year customer to “check the fine print” after the fact is not customer service. It feels like a bait-and-switch. IHG’s brand is built on trust and loyalty. Undisclosed parking fees damage that trust. If policies have changed, they need to be clearly and prominently disclosed before payment is taken — not after arrival. After two decades with this brand, this experience was disappointing and unnecessary.

Rooms are clean and well designed. Highly recommend this hotel. Super bonus points too because they have an airport shuttle! If you are needy like me and request an early check in the team here appreciates donuts (at least that’s what I’m told 😉)
