    We used Staybridge suites for Long Beach airport parking and shuttle service. It took a full hour for the shuttle to come pick us up from the airport. That is even with my husband calling the hotel when we landed to let them know we needed pickup, me calling after 30 minutes of waiting, and my husband calling again at 45 minutes asking if we could get reimbursed for a cab, which they said no to because the driver was "leaving now". We could have walked there and back faster. I spoke to their only driver and he gets a 30 minute lunch break, which we overlapped with at 4pm. That is of course reasonable, but Staybridge should offer a cab reimbursement or some alternative for passengers who land during the driver's break. Other than the hour long wait which I find inexcusable, they have covered parking, which is a nice touch. Their shuttle is supposed to run every 30 minutes. Getting to the airport, we waited about 15 minutes for the shuttle to leave. For the price, we won't risk an hour of our time again, it is only a few more dollars a day to park directly at the airport.

    Good hotel right next to LGB airport. Rooms are clean and kitchen is equipped enough to make tea/coffee or quick snack. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

    The General Manager and the front desk agent, actually the shuttle driver too, have terrible hospitality skills. Just poor customer service in general and they violated ADA law by refusing to provide bag assistance with my daughter in a wheelchair.
