    I stayed 2 nights in this hotel. It is a nice hotel, well maintained, will come back in future as well.

    My coworker was charged a surprise fee after her stay. (This is illegal according to the FTC.) We prepaid her room in full via a third-party website. The hotel claims that the entire cost of the room had not been paid and they "realized this" after she left. So, they charged her credit card, which was provided for incidentals, $40 after she left. She only discovered this mysterious charge when reviewing her CC statement. We called the hotel, and they were EXTREMELY rude. They said it was "hotel things I wouldn't understand". And told me if there is a mistake ("if"???), then the third party would refund her the fee. Additionally, during her stay, she had other grievances such as them providing her the key to an unclean room that had dirty towels on the floor. This place needs better training and an audit.

    Horrible experience at this hotel. Do NOT book here. Staff is rude and unhelpful. Manager was extremely unprofessional and condescending. Terrible experience all around.

    DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! Horrible customer service, the manager was extremely rude and got in an argument with me in the lobby. We were promised a shuttle to the cruise port and the morning of as we were loading into the shuttle we were told they don’t go to the San Pedro cruise port, only the Long Beach cruise port. We were the only people loading onto this shuttle and instead of offering us a solution they left us with no transportation. The manager did not care and told us we should have checked online to know this information, even though everyone we talked to prior to our stay and when checking in also failed to give us this information. Instead of taking accountability this location chose to blame the customers. Extremely disappointed and will not stay here again.
