It is right near the airport so it's very convenient if you're flying in or out and need a place to stay. But it is by the airport so the airplane start landing at 7:00 a.m. on the dot. But that just means you won't need an alarm to wake up!

- MMMarciNov 21, 20252.0When we booked one night, with parking and shuttle to cruise Port we were told the shuttle ran every 15 minutes. This was a deciding factor for us booking this hotel. Upon arrival, they said only 9am and 11am. Luckily, still worked with our cruise check-in. They said we just needed to call when we disembark and they will pickup. Our room had an odor, very dated but the worst part was the traffic and airplane noise all the time. Bring earplugs if you want to sleep. Departation day we verified at 7am regarding shuttle times and were told to just call when off of ship and they will send shuttle. We hustled to get off with an early express departure and then called the hotel for pickup. Now they say 9:30 or 11:00 is the pickup time. So we've been sitting in the cold for over 2 hours. Just got back to hotel at 10:40 am. Not driver's fault, Driver said he never got the call from hotel. Yes, Uber was right there, but we never imagined it would be this long. Hotel is 15 minutes from Port. Too much misinformation. Their explanation was that they changed the schedule. Don't be fooled by the nice web page, does not represent hotel.
