I would like to mention Crystal that commands the front desk. She is perfect! Knowledgeable, friendly, and so patient. She is busy calling for taxis, printing our documents, checking in and out guests, answering questions. She seems to be alone at the desk and if that's the case I hope Best Western compensates her accordingly.

I told him about the situation they told me that they were sold out and there was nothing they can do they say that the best they could do was refund me the $25 for the parking fee. My son has autism and I was trying to keep it from him and the front desk said oh I talked to your dad and he already explained to me about the cockroaches and my son said what cockroaches in our room and freaked out

There was a mix up with our reservation (no fault of BW), they made quick accommodations and all was fine. My grandson was looking forward to getting in the pool, however it is a really small pool, so he opted out. Complimentary self-serve breakfast had a nice selection, the space was clean, however, this is also a small space and near the pool.
