    I sent IHG guest relations an email detailing my experience last January 8, 2026 but it has been more than a month and no word so no, I will post my experience here. Stay details: Dates: December 24 to December 28, 2025 Length of stay: Four nights Guests: Two adults We encountered multiple issues throughout the stay: 1. Our room was not cleaned for the first two nights. When we reported this, we were told housekeeping had gone home early and that the issue would be addressed the next day. It was not. On the third day, the room was finally cleaned, but dirty towels were left on the floor and the ironing board was left standing. 2. The washer and dryer area was extremely dirty, with visible buildup of dirt, crust and lint. It was easily the filthiest hotel laundry room we have seen. 3. At check-in, we were placed on the second floor and told we would be moved to the fourth floor the following night because it would be quieter. We were warned that the doors were loud, which proved to be true. The room doors appear to be missing soft-close mechanisms or proper acoustic seals, causing them to slam shut loudly. In the mornings, we were repeatedly woken by doors banging and children running and yelling in the hallways. 4. When we followed up on the promised room transfer, we were told there were no rooms available after all, leaving us with no option but to stay put. 5. On one occasion when the room was not cleaned again, we requested towels and were told that only thin pool towels were available, not standard bath towels. 6. The WiFi was unstable and required repeated disconnection and reconnection just to maintain usable speeds. Mobile signal in the area was also weak, leaving us with limited connectivity. 7. The breakfast fruit was not fresh. Apples had tough skin and spongy dry flesh and the oranges were shriveled and nearly dried out inside. To be fair, I do want to acknowledge that Carla and Nigel at the front desk were polite, apologetic and helpful within the limits of what they could do. The bed and pillows were comfortable and breakfast on the third day improved slightly with fresh bananas available.

    Under new management very rude larger lady disclose too much information about the old manager being fired I was very uncomfortable Staff are very nice people. But the manager makes you feel uncomfortable right away and goes knocking on your bedroom door to make sure you don't have more people than you Put on the booking when it was just myself and my husband.

    I booked a room so I could visit my husband who's in the ICU at Loma Linda medical center. The hotel located on Redlands Blvd was an easy choice because it was super close to the hospital. I ended up staying 4 days because I was having a hard time having to leave my husband and go back home. The room itself was huge a comfortable, the bed was kinda uncomfortable but I managed because I slept when not visiting my husband (the visits took a lot outta me) the continental breakfast was a nice surprise. I thought it was all pastries and coffee, obviously I've never seen a continental breakfast before 😁 everything was fresh and delicious i especially enjoyed the coffee brewer. Where you get to choose your coffee then the machine grinds and brews a fresh cup. Don't drink coffee. But I did for the entire stay 😁 the staff were friendly and courteous, Jennifer is a treasure. She was very kind and supportive. I will return soon, my husband is still in the ICU but he's finally woken up ♥️🥰

    From the moment I checked in at Holiday Inn Express Loma Linda San Bernardino a little after 8pm of December 31st, 2025. my stay was exceptional, and it was all because of Jennifer at the front desk. She welcomed me with such warmth and sincerity that our conversation felt like reconnecting with a long lost friend. Her hospitality was genuine, effortless, and truly heartfelt, making me feel instantly comfortable and valued as a guest. The following morning, I was delighted to see Jennifer again, this time assisting the breakfast team. Her positive energy filled the room and was impossible to miss. Another guest even commented on how amazing she was and asked where her energy came from. She brought so much life and joy to the breakfast area that it elevated the entire experience for everyone there. I decided to extend my stay, and Jennifer made the process incredibly quick and seamless. When I asked for a late checkout, she once again handled everything with the same kindness, efficiency, and grace she showed from the very beginning. Jennifer is an absolute gem. Her consistency, professionalism, and genuine care went above and beyond anything I expected. She embodies true hospitality and is a tremendous asset to this hotel. Because of her, my stay felt special, memorable, and truly welcoming. I will absolutely return and hope to be greeted by Jennifer again. -John Eugenio
