  This is a good Candlewood Suites location. Very friendly staff, updated rooms, comfortable bed, fast WiFi, good shower, and good free coffee. My only complaint is that the kitchen area in our room was not clean - counters weren't even wiped off, and a pot full of old coffee and grounds left in the coffee maker. Also, carpet is in need of replacement. Too bad, because otherwise this was a great stay.

  Man we came out here for a funeral and when I tell you this hotel was nice, clean and the customer service was amazing we will definitely be back.Thanks to all of the staff

  I stayed at Candlewood Suites Loma Linda – San Bernardino for two weeks, and I can honestly say this was one of the most comfortable and well-managed hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Erica, the General Manager, is absolutely phenomenal. Her leadership shows in every detail of the property. She is warm, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure guests are taken care of. You don’t just feel like a reservation number you feel valued. It’s rare to encounter a GM who is both highly competent and so personally present, and she sets the tone for the entire hotel. Marco at the front desk, along with Araceli, made daily interactions something to look forward to. They were consistently welcoming, efficient, and incredibly accommodating. Whether it was answering questions, handling requests, or simply greeting guests with kindness after a long day, they went above and beyond every single time. The property itself is clean, quiet, and well maintained. It’s perfect for extended stays. Everything worked smoothly, and I always felt safe and comfortable. What truly stood out, though, was the people. This team doesn’t just provide service they create an experience that makes you want to return. If you’re looking for a hotel in the Loma Linda / San Bernardino area where hospitality is genuine and management truly cares, this is the place. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. 👏

  Horrible they locked my husband out of his room he had one more night left. They made him wait in the waiting room until they figured out that they messed up. No apologies or anything.
