    Rooms were large and clean. Only stayed one night so didnt need any service from the desk. Location is kind of on the edge of town. All and all a decent comfortable and clean place to lay your head. Would stay again if in the area. Oh and also has free breakfast.

    Room was big and comfortable. Pink bacteria around entire shower rim and mold on bathroom ceiling. Handicap aid bar by toilet was screwed into dry wall, not even an anchor. Front desk staff was super nice. Emergency exit was blocked by bikes and equipment twice up against regular stair exit with both elevators out. Again staff was super nice though

    I booked a two-week stay here while my home was being renovated, so I was counting on having reliable amenities to make an extended stay comfortable. After booking, I called ahead specifically to confirm whether the pool and jacuzzi were working because multiple reviews already flagged these as recurring problems. The agent informed me that the jacuzzi was permanently filled in over 2 years ago! 2 years!! The listing photos still haven’t been updated to reflect this. They simply added a newer photo that conveniently doesn’t show the jacuzzi area, rather than removing the old ones. The effect is the same: guests browsing photos are left assuming the jacuzzi exists somewhere on the property. That’s not an oversight; that’s misleading. I cancelled and rebooked elsewhere. Before doing so, I took the time to read through the reviews more carefully, and the pattern is hard to ignore: consistently thin breakfast portions, cut corners throughout the property, and a general lack of quality management. This isn’t just one bad day, it appears to be how this place operates. If you’re planning a short overnight trip, maybe you roll the dice. If you’re booking an extended stay and need reliable, accurately advertised amenities, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

    I'm here with a large group from work, and we leave early for our project, which meant we might miss breakfast. Mikayla, at the front desk said she would check with her manager if they could adjust breakfast time from 6:30am to 6am, and they accommodated us. The breakfast is outstanding, and all of the staff goes the extra mile. It's definitely a great place to stay, if you're near Stockton.
