At no point during my week long stay was my room serviced at all!! The manager didn't even offer to give me a discount and on top of that, my room had an old plate of food left inside the microwave from who knows how long and when I brought this up to the hotel manager they barely apologize for this. I've stayed at this hotel before and have had good experiences until now but I think I will be staying somewhere else the next time I'm in Lodi. Very disappointing.
