    Never have I had to give a 24 hr. notice to check out a day early when my work schedule changes. I spend over $1000 a week at these hotels, elite member, hotel credit card and all, and have never had this happen. The front desk told me if I don't inform them the day prior, they can't book the room the following night because housekeeping didn't intend to clean one more room so it won't be ready. Seriously? They have got to have a better business model than this. I was made to feel like an inconvenience when I am a loyal customer. I am also diamond at Hilton so I will stay there next time. They don't have an issue with me changing my check out date. Other than all this nonsense, the hotel is decent, room was fine, bathroom seemed dated.

    Too far away from anything. Really stuck in Lodi. The rooms were large. Our room was located on the second floor above the laundry room. Unfortunately they do the laundry work at the night time. Very few options for the breakfast and extremely unhealthy. Not a good choice if you want to visit Lodi and wineries.

    This was a well equipped and safe ada roll in shower and bathroom. This hotel was bright and fun very colorful. Lots of fun games and activities in the lobby, commentary water, coffee station along with well priced items for snacks, soda etc. The lobby also had a row of work stations that were comfortable and with reduced sound. Staff was very helpful kind courteous. The lobby was bright.

    This was a great stay. Really convenient location (within a minute of the freeway), clean rooms, and great service. Angel especially went above and beyond, going out of her way to help my family in ways she really wasn’t required to. Will stay here again!
