I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a good experience. The breakfast was very nice with plenty of options for a 3-star hotel. There was plenty of parking space, and I appreciated that the room came with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The lobby also provides complimentary coffee, hot water, and tea at all times which is great. Most of the staff were friendly, helpful and professional.
Unfortunately, I did have a negative encounter with one front desk staff member named Tina. After breakfast, my key card stopped working, so I requested a new one. She asked for my ID, which I had accidentally left inside the room. I offered to show my booking confirmation on my phone, but instead of helping, she was sarcastic, dismissive, and even lectured me. She was very unprofessional for a customer service tyle of job, especially considering how accommodating the rest of the staff were.
Overall, the hotel has great amenities and wonderful staff, aside from that one disappointing encounter. I hope management addresses it so guests can continue enjoying their stay. I emailed the front desk supervisor but has yet to receive the response.

have one little police scare because they're harassing you and all of a sudden they don't have any more rooms available because they think you are doing something that is not good very pre- judgy

Rooms are adequate - if you opt for the "premium" king, they're actually pretty spacious. Furnishings are dated but serviceable. Complimentary breakfast is pretty third-rate, but staff is responsive when you alert them to being out of something (eggs, creamer, etc). Desk staff were cheery and helpful. Ample parking; easy to get to.

Rooms smell, carpets look extremely out dated. It’s definitely not compared to other hamptons … very poor quality which I’m surprised because it’s Lodi.
