I typically stay at the tru nearby but decided to give the Hampton inn a try this time. Although the decor is less modern the customer service is far superior. Thanks to Adam at the front desk I’ll be back on future travels

Horrible front desk. The Woman who was there when I checked in was incredibly rude and condescending. I asked if possible to get and early check in. And she said now no way without even looking. Mind it was sunday and the place was empty.. she said we might be able to around 12 but no guarantees in the most rude way. I said great thank you ill check back. And again said NO GUARANTEES. I came back at 1230 and she barley looked at me and the said scott? Like she didnt know she had it written down next to her.. then says they just finished cleaning it. OK cool. Gives us our key and then says some more condescending things that I just didn't pay attention to. Ended up leaving after the first night of the 2 night stay. The night desk person was exactly the same. Only nice staff member was when I was leaving in the morning the morning front desk woman was very nice. But whoever is the sunday morning 1045am person suckss and should not work in hospitality

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a good experience. The breakfast was very nice with plenty of options for a 3-star hotel. There was plenty of parking space, and I appreciated that the room came with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The lobby also provides complimentary coffee, hot water, and tea at all times which is great. Most of the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Unfortunately, I did have a negative encounter with one front desk staff member named Tina. After breakfast, my key card stopped working, so I requested a new one. She asked for my ID, which I had accidentally left inside the room. I offered to show my booking confirmation on my phone, but instead of helping, she was sarcastic, dismissive, and even lectured me. She was very unprofessional for a customer service tyle of job, especially considering how accommodating the rest of the staff were. Overall, the hotel has great amenities and wonderful staff, aside from that one disappointing encounter. I hope management addresses it so guests can continue enjoying their stay. I emailed the front desk supervisor but has yet to receive the response.
