I called here and the front desk person was so helpful right away and when I got there was very sweet and helpful too. Room was nice and clean, no problems. Thank you to Maria who helped me out that day! Especially as a woman travelling alone!

Closet door was so close to main door that if you opened it. It would bang on the hinge of the main door, elevator went down for awhile only little inconvenienced. They were able to fix same day, shower did not drain well. Positives were all staff were very nice and helpful, room was clean, all appliances worked well as well.
