First of all my friend who reserved the room, booked it on Booking.com, when we got there they said that Booking.com hadn't paid, the man behind the counter was rude and unhelpful, so she had to end up paying the full amount again. Got to the room wasn't impressed the bathroom counter was dirty, the cabinet that had the TV on hit was so unsteady, if you opened the door to get to the refrigerator would almost fall apart. Next the pool is a joke, it is literally the smallest pool I have ever seen. Once the manager got there my friend spoke to her, she told her that the payment from Booking.com was there. So she got refunded her money. Thought all was well, but nope. The next day she noticed that she got charged AGAIN for the room. The manager told her that she was sorry and that it sometimes does it automatically, so they refunded her money again but now she had to wait 5 -7 business days. Long story short just don't stay here.
