  This is the best hotel in Livermore. We got upgraded to a two bedroom apartment with full kitchen, free parking, and free breakfast. The hot tub and poolside fire pit were awesome for hanging out with our friends. You can BBQ out there too. Jackie is so nice! They'll give a n early check in and ate checkout too if you ask! Stay here if you're in Livermore.

  Noor was so helpful and kind. These suites are a 10/10 for the price. Relaxing in the hot tub by myself was amazing. I will be back in the future

  I only gave four stars because I've only stayed here one night. The room I got wasn't worth the money and I was greatly disappointed. But everyone was sold out from the holiday at that time. So maybe it was all that was left and I got the bottom of the barrel. I have heard they do have nice rooms here. The issues with my room were as fallows. The rooms phone didn't work. It was hard to find a channel that came in good on the TV. The refrigerator didn't work and lastly the blow dryer didnt work. It was also a bummer that they ended breakfast so early too, 9:30am. A lot of hotels, keeping the late risers in mind, they serve breakfast until 10:30am sometimes 11:00am. Other then that the place was clean and quiet. Late checkout can be at 1pm if you call the front desk and request it, that was cool. They offer full bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Not to take home of course but it was all good quality. I will stay here again to give it another chance. Make sure I get a different room and when I do I'll update my review.

  There was a bug on one of the pillows and on the bed 🤢nasty beds weren’t comfortable at all
