  I stayed here on Feb 7 2026 and the biggest issue was the guest laundry facility that it was effectively unusable. The washing machine’s spin function was broken, and there was no warning sign. I only discovered it after paying ($2 per wash) and completing the wash, when my clothes came out soaking wet. A dryer only works if clothes are properly spun first, so the failure at the washer stage made everything after it a waste. Because I needed the clothes for the next day, I had no choice but to keep trying. I paid $2 per dryer cycle, ran one cycle but still very wet. Ran a second cycle, still very wet. I then had to hand-wring the clothes (exhausting and still not enough), tried the dryer again, and even after another cycle, the clothes were still damp. At that point it was already late at night and I had spent around three hours just trying to dry clothes because the hotel equipment didn’t work. I ended up carrying wet clothes back to my room and spreading them across chairs and tables. The next morning they were still not dry, and I had to keep rotating items over the AC vent (limited space) throughout the entire next day. The money is small, but the inconvenience and disruption were huge. This is a basic amenity issue: equipment should be functional, and if it isn’t, guests should be warned before they pay and lose hours of their time.

  They need to have rooms checked better before allowing new guests in. The TV cable was broken and the USB ports were as well. Otherwise it was okay.

  There was unnecessary deductions of charges about 1040$through credit cards though assured of refunding the same after check out but still upto 2_3 days after check out not received.Hoping for early adjustments.Otherwise hotel was good.

  Solid holiday inn. Standard layout of what they all are built like. Big clean rooms. Old school floor/wall mounted heater / AC unit. Nice lobby, free breakfast. Ok parking. Nice staff.

  I checked in late night with Ryan and had an excellent experience. I was just passing through, but I would definitely stay again. Clean room, cold A/C, hot shower.
