Shortly after checking in, we discovered gnats throughout our room, including in the bed, which was very distressing and not acceptable from a cleanliness standpoint. The front desk did move us to a different room, and later offered additional Honors points, which we appreciated. That said, the situation significantly disrupted our comfort and what was meant to be a special stay. I hope management continues to address sanitation issues promptly so future guests don’t experience the same problem.

The hotel is immaculate, the bed was soft, shower water pressure perfect, and all around quiet. Breakfast looked good but we are not Diamond members so it does have a cost. Would definitely stay again.
