  I'm a stranded truck driver who had to stay here because my truck is broken down. They refused to rent me a room even though it was paid in full by my company because I didn't have a credit card for them to hold $50 for "incidentals." When I told them I didn't have a credit card to cover the incidentals, they treated me like I was a third rate citizen. Like there was something wrong with me for not having a credit card. Management even became combative and hostile when upholding this policy. I stayed the night before without having to put a credit card on file, but when I told them this, they said the employee who checked me in shouldnt have checked me in. This is a completely asinine policy, especially when you consider the room has already been paid for by my company! This practice also feels predatory, as they don't disclose this hidden charge until the very end of check-in. While the room was clean you could hear everything going on in the rooms adjacent and above you! I slept horribly! I will never again use Holiday Inn after this experience and discourage others from coming here unless you are rich. They don't even have the compassion to help someone in need, and the one person that did will likely get in trouble for doing so! Bad form! Enjoy your empty room, Holiday Inn!

  THERE IS NO GYM. I have stayed at well over one hundred HIE, across America, in the past decade and I never been to a HIE that did not have some type of a gym. I didn't even know this was possible until I stayed at this one. the room was the usual holiday inn set up and it was fine. but the toilet ran all day and night for the two weeks i was there. i messaged this in the text app once or twice and no one responded. the breakfast was missing a few breakfast items for two weeks straight. It never had sausage or bacon. pancake maker was broken for two weeks. make sure you on the west side of the hotel, if you are on the east side, you are very close to I5 and it is LOUD. it is at a truck stop so if you choose this, know what you are getting.

  Been stopping by this hotel for years and have never had any issues. Area is nice, room is always clean, staff is always friendly.

  Thank goodness for availability on last minute travels. A great location to stop between Northern California and the Phoenix area of Arizona. Extremely nice and hospitable front desk staff. Extremely clean room. Comfortable bed. Great lighting in the parking lot. Did not get a chance to check out the included breakfast though. Great views of the mountains. Would most definitely stay here again If in the area.

  I had a really great experience at this Holiday Inn Express. My co-worker and I were traveling for a movie company as drivers, and when booking through Priceline, we accidentally ended up with a king bed instead of two beds. At first, the front desk explained they couldn’t change it on their side since it was a third-party booking, and Priceline didn’t give us any option to cancel or modify either. We stepped out to grab a bite, and when we came back, Liza at the front desk had gone above and beyond—she spoke with her general manager and got our room changed for us. We were honestly relieved and super grateful, especially after a long night of driving and thinking one of us might have to sleep on the floor. On top of that, the hotel is very clean, in a great area, and has plenty of parking for all vehicle sizes—from box trucks to semi-trailers. Hallways smelled fresh, elevator was clean and quiet, and the overall stay was comfortable. Big thanks to Liza for the excellent customer service. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area.
