    Staff are great and breakfast is excellent. Rooms are clean and quiet - but the maintenance is non-existent. Floor tiles in entry and bathroom were loose and not level, low water pressure, shower head caked with water deposits, sliding closet doors loose in the tracks, headboard loose on its wall mounts ... so the hotel is clean but just falling apart.

    Worst experience at a hotel ever. The room had mold in the shower, urine around the toilet, highly stained furniture.... disgusting. We did not eat at their breakfast because we assumed whomever "cleans" the room cleans that area too. Noise from floor above most of the night. The area in Lebec is a great place to stop, but pick another hotel....never again

    Depressing and desperately in need of updates. Stained carpeting throughout common areas and in the room. Broken tiles with no grout in guestroom. Bathtub was clogged with someone's hair, so it was very unsanitary. Staff was very friendly and could not do anything about the state of the place. I regret staying for one night and would never return to that location. Almost $200 for one night.

    Fine for what I needed, walls were paper thin but I guess that’s to be expected… but what really walked my morning was a mystery spot on the floor that was so sticky my shoe almost stuck to the floor. Thank god I was wearing them. There are other options
