    Fine for what I needed, walls were paper thin but I guess that’s to be expected… but what really walked my morning was a mystery spot on the floor that was so sticky my shoe almost stuck to the floor. Thank god I was wearing them. There are other options

    I just had the privilege of speaking to Jessica an employee who helped me with reservation inquiry over the phone. I had to ACKNOWLEDGE her OUTSTANDING, HELPFUL, AND Knowledgeable customer service .Please acknowledge Jessica Best Western, because without excellent service, there's NO business. She deserves recognition for her OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. Because of her ,I will definitely stay here in the future, if our plans allow..

    This hotel was decent and clean, which was exactly what we needed after a long day of travel. The room was a good size and very clean. The bed was on the firmer side but still comfortable enough, and the pillows were nice. My biggest complaint was that the door didn’t seal properly, which let in a lot of light from the hallway and made it hard to sleep since I prefer a darker room. On the plus side, the room was fairly quiet. The blow dryer didn’t work, which wasn’t a huge deal but was a little inconvenient. We left before breakfast or coffee was available, so I can’t comment on that. Overall, it was a decent stop for the night.
