The room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully appointed — exactly what you hope for after a long day. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming — but what truly stood out was their integrity and responsiveness. I accidentally left my iPad behind in the room, and when I reached out, they ensured me that ipad was in their possession. It was securely packaged and shipped back to me with great care. I’m deeply grateful for their outstanding service — not just for returning my device, but for going above and beyond to restore my peace of mind. Highly recommend this hotel — not just for comfort, but for character.

Everything was great. The only downside might be the location, as it is a bit far from downtown Los Angeles and requires at least about an hour of driving. Other than that, everything was excellent.
