I left my laptop behind for almost 2 week and she made every attempt to reach me and I was able to retrieve my laptop. The whole staff customer service was superb!! Highly recommend staying here!! The best Hilton property in Lancaster hands down!!

They allowed us to check in early for our daughter’s quinceañera so that she can have her hair and make up done. Breakfast was delicious and our entire family (multiple reservations) was pleased with their stay. This second time around Brandy was so sweet and her customer service was excellent. She was very welcoming and kind. The manager there was just as wonderful, but I forgot to get her name. The breakfast buffet was delicious and there was so much to choose from. The rooms were so cozy and clean. I love being here and can’t wait to come back again.

- RERick EllisOct 14, 20255.0We always enjoy staying here check-in and check-out is a breeze the staff are very friendly Maria aka (Hopalong) and Brandi aka (Trouble) and the rest of the staff from the kitchen, housekeeping, and the maintenance people help keep things running smoothly, and make you feel at home. They take the time to have a conversation with the guests. The rooms are newly remodeled and very welcoming I give them a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
