  Room was comfortable and there were lots of nearby restaurants for take out. However the elevators are expired by 2 years which makes me wonder what else they might not be maintaining, you know?

  The cleaning service was very poor. I am allergic to chlorine, and Rosa—the housekeeper—told me she couldn't do anything about it because she *had* to clean the bathrooms with chlorine, even though it is literally making me sick. Her attitude was unpleasant; she told me that if I didn't like it, I should just "get lost" and go to a 5-star hotel. I suppose this isn't her property, otherwise she wouldn't speak or express herself toward customers in such a manner. I give the breakfast a 9, though—the young man serving it was extremely attentive and polite.

  Reserved a room for a volleyball tournament for the next day, could not unload luggage due to orange county police department blocking the entryway. No pool and Jacuzzi as described online. They told me they filled them in and forgot to update their website. Never again. Next time I'll stay down in Irvine and deal with the airport noise

  5 Stars for Rosario as our room was such a delight to walk into after a long day. Everything was super clean from the minute we walked in and most importantly the bathroom as well! Also, very friendly was the man at the front desk. My favorite part are the hot cookies, the fresh ground coffee, machine, and the bowl of fruit!

  Porfi and all other staff have been outstanding to work with. They have made the stay extremely comfortable, a home away from home. The staff is constantly upgrading the hotel, shampooing the floors, managing the parking lot, and conference/breakfast room areas providing a safe and sanitary stay. Todd is an amazing manager of the facility and makes sure to remember everyone's name who stays. House Keeping makes sure to change sheets, towels, soaps, and wipe down any and all surfaces on a Daily Basis. They make sure to politely knock before doing so as well. This is one of the few hotels I have seen in my time of traveling that actually make it a point to maintain the highest level of sanitation. From the floors, to the sheets, to the counters and everywhere in between. I highly recommend anyone who is in the area to stay here. The hotel is beyond nice, and so are the people who work daily to keep it that way!
