I stayed at new year’s night and checked out on January 1st. Two days later I noticed my duffle bag is missing while I was unpacking my luggage and no one from hotel even contacted me to let me know that I have left behind my bag. I contacted them and after an hour they said they have found it, so I drove all the way from San Diego to lake forest to pick it up just because of my birthday gift was among another things in that bag, unfortunately when I got there I noticed that perfume is missing and it was very frustrating and they said that was all they have found and no one seems to be accountable for that.
