Witnessed a room key get reactivated with zero questions or identification required when I went in to try and reason with the manager - I didn’t end up staying here as I was unable to make it to the location due to car trouble. Spoke with Crystal and my reservation was moved to the following day and then canceled altogether. She was very sweet and understanding. The Manager however refused to credit back 14k points used. Explanation or proof from roadside assistance didnt matter to the manager. Or the fact that I called the hotel twice to explain what was happening the night of and was told notes were made in the system. When I looked at Yelp etc it seems this is a recurring theme at this location. It’s very poorly rated with many similar stories of poor customer service, refunds refused and many issues with room cleanliness. I’d avoid this location and stay elsewhere.
