- XCXinwei Chen1 day ago1.0I (and my parents) had to leave this hotel early due to a serious safety concern. While I was in the hot tub area in the evening, objects were thrown down twice, landing in the same direction with very loud impact sounds. It was frightening and clearly unsafe. There was no on-site security, and despite verbal assurances, there was no real investigation or effective response. The call to 911 only happened after I repeatedly insisted. I left the hotel that same night and did not stay overnight, yet I was still charged. There was no follow-up, no check-in regarding my safety, and no compensation offered. Overall, the lack of safety response, care, and accountability made this a very disappointing experience.

After complaining to management and the corporate office I was promised a free night stay or a discount on my next visit. After speaking with the manager of the location I can clearly see that they have no intention of keeping their word and rectifying the situation. These people are not to be trusted.

The room was clean smelled good, left with a disappointing they took my whole deposit for having small piece of make up on the pillow case like i wasn't wearing permanent make up. The asian manager offered to give me the sheet case to take home how rude…… its a pillowcase for a reason. Diamond membership. With best western
