As I was hosting friends and family, I booked multiple hotels in the area, with this one being the most convenient. However, when I called to confirm my four reservations, the person I spoke with was not helpful. They incorrectly informed me that one reservation under the last name I provided did not exist, which led to me booking an additional room unnecessarily. To my dismay, I later discovered that the original reservation was indeed valid, and I was forced to pay for the extra room. The hotel refused to refund me, citing circumstances that were the direct result of their employee's mistake. This experience was extremely frustrating.

They had to give us a king room suite because they didn't have our room available instead of working with us, they said that we were inconveniencing the hotel because we didn't want to leave the room that we had already stayed overnight, but i believe they inconvenienced us when they didn't have our room ready and then they had to give us an upgrade that way we wouldn't be upset because we had already booked the room a month in advance. Then we were threatened to be kicked out of we did not move. Unfortunately, we didn't have any other choices, but to stay at that hotel and we moved rooms to have a place to stay. We were down in that area for my ninetieth birthday party for my grandma.

The room, with two double beds and a beautiful mountain view, was spotless and well equipped. Housekeeping kept everything tidy and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The continental breakfast exceeded expectations served fresh at 6 a.m. with a great variety: scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, egg white omelets, cereals, yogurt, pastries, and fresh fruit. There were also multiple juice options and freshly brewed coffee with hazelnut and vanilla creamers. The breakfast staff were warm, attentive, and very helpful. After our race, we returned to the hotel dirty and tired, but the staff were so understanding and kind. They even offered us extra bags for our muddy clothes such thoughtful service! The property also features a small indoor pool, which looked clean and inviting. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The cleanliness, friendliness, and attention to detail made our weekend perfect. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Lake Elsinore or nearby Temecula!
