  Clean, classy, quiet. Everything you would expect from a professional safe and enjoyable environment. Unlike The Quality Inn, which was absolutely disgusting right across the street!

  Best Western is my go-to property no matter where i land! Elsinore is no exception. The location is central to starting great rides in the region and many local businesses are certainly worth visiting. Reservations are made simple to complete and on the odd occurrence of necessitating change, i’ve yet to encounter difficulty finding resolution. Staff are consistently pleasant, and responsive to issues brought to their attention. Thank you Theresa. A lifetime on two wheels has brought experience to deal with the unexpected…Best Western has been a good companion in my travels. Always recommended.

  Las habitaciones son grandes y espaciosas. Hay refrigerador , y cafetera como amenidades, la tele es smart pero esta desprogramada . No se puede conectar a youtube ...lo demas esta acorde al precio

  THE MANAGER THERESA COMPLAINING ABOUT SMOKING OUTSIDE AND FOLLOWING HOTEL RULES, SHE ALREADY HAVE COMPLAINTS ABOUT HER ON HERE. About a smell on your clothes and your not even smoking inside the hotel , but you get harassed every day like you do is unfair, and there are other people who stay here that smokes and smell bad cigarettes and vape but she only says it's me .. please someone help me with this matter , once I said I wanna call corporate she opens the fire exit by my door to make it look like more then what it is , house keeping don't speak English, there is another manager with a ponytail that.dont say anything and don't have no problems with and smells , but soon as Theresa get on shift she is harassing and picking, for nothing at all NOW SHE THREATENING TO KICK ME OUT OF HOTEL FOR A SMELL ON MY CLOTHES. CONTACTED BBB ALSO THE CEO OF BEST WESTERN PLUS Larry Cuculic. She is very unprofessional

  Great spot in lake Elsinore for a quick night stay. Breakfast was good - loved the coffee, our room was extremely clean and had plenty of space.
