The rooms were clean and comfortable. The students had an amazing time and appreciated the safe environment for their stay in Southern California. We did book through the group booking service. Cathy was amazing and helped us all the way through the process. Both she and her manager kept us up to date on the status of our reservations. I had to make numerous changes leading up to our trip, and Cathy went out of her way to accommodate all of my alterations. The front desk staff was awesome. We had to have a room change and an unscheduled refresh of the students' towels, and the front desk was very accommodating. Thank you to the amazing team at the VOCO Laguna Hills!!!

We booked a room with a king bed but when we arrived at 11:30 pm they told us we are getting a room double beds and we can cancel if we don't like it. We paid extra for a king bed and when I mentioned the extra amount we paid, the receptionist, named Jojo, repeated that we can cancel. It was almost midnight and we had to stay but this is really unacceptable.

The price to stay here is quite reasonable, especially for the quality, and it’s one of the most accessible options if you’re in the Laguna Hills area. A solid choice that keeps getting better!
