I brought 38 students from our marching band to stay two nights at the VOCO in Laguna Hills. They had recently (at least since my last visit) updated the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The students had an amazing time and appreciated the safe environment for their stay in Southern California. We did book through the group booking service. Cathy was amazing and helped us all the way through the process. Both she and her manager kept us up to date on the status of our reservations. I had to make numerous changes leading up to our trip, and Cathy went out of her way to accommodate all of my alterations. The front desk staff was awesome. We had to have a room change and an unscheduled refresh of the students' towels, and the front desk was very accommodating. Thank you to the amazing team at the VOCO Laguna Hills!!!

I stayed at Voco Laguna Hills for the first time. And I was very impressed with the customer service. In particular with Theresa, who works at the front desk. She went above and beyond during my stay!

Possibly the worst customer service I have seen in the US! We booked a room with a king bed but when we arrived at 11:30 pm they told us we are getting a room double beds and we can cancel if we don't like it. We paid extra for a king bed and when I mentioned the extra amount we paid, the receptionist, named Jojo, repeated that we can cancel. It was almost midnight and we had to stay but this is really unacceptable.

Conveniently located right off the freeway, the rooms were nice. I didn't go to the pool but it looked nice as well, it is an outdoor pool. Lobby was clean and parking was plentiful. We would stay here again.

I’ve been staying at the voco Laguna Hills hotel for several years, and the most recent renovation has really elevated the experience. The look and feel of the hotel have received a great facelift, making it much more inviting and welcoming. The rooms and common areas feel refreshed and comfortable, and the atmosphere overall is warm and modern.
The price to stay here is quite reasonable, especially for the quality, and it’s one of the most accessible options if you’re in the Laguna Hills area. A solid choice that keeps getting better!
