When we first arrived, the hallways on the third floor were loud and thumping with the bass of a holiday party. No insulation from the noise. The air conditioning unit also blew out air that reeked of mildew. But that was the least of the issues. There was a used tissue on the nightstand, black fuzz from sheets that couldn’t have been washed well from the last occupant, and an exposed mattress. That is unacceptable and unsanitary. We checked out immediately and are shocked management would find that standard acceptable.
