We offer complimentary high-speed internet, a 24-hour Suite Shop with microwavable food and sundries, a resort style pool and hot tub, a putting green with putters and golf balls, complimentary hot breakfast buffet daily, and a welcome home reception Wednesday evening with a light meal and beverages. Upon arrival, I was told that the entire hotel had been recently renovated and it’s right it has when you walk in the lobby. It looks great. Going down the halls, you can smell the brand new carpet and when you enter the room, you can just see what they’ve done. It really is a great hotel. My only complaint is that when I stayed here, the Jacuzzi wasn’t working. I was really looking to jump into the hot tub after a long day of travel.

We recently stayed here for my grandsons 4th birthday. He loves hotels and of course this was our choice. The hotel is beautiful. It’s been remodeled. The rooms are clean and have full kitchens (except for ovens) The a/c works amazing! And the staff seemed friendly. Here is why they are getting 2 stars. I thought I possibly left something in the room. Getting a hold of housekeeping (or anyone that can check the lost and found) is absolutely ridiculous! You can only call and check during housekeeping hours! And don’t leave them a message because they never listen to them and never call you back! It’s Wednesday and I started this on Sunday! I’ve spoken to so many people, including a manager, and she was finally able to tell me they didn’t find anything. But she promised to get back to me in 10 mins and after another hour passed I called her back and she claimed she left me a voicemail. There was no voicemail and no missed call! It’s not even about the item at this point. It’s the absurd run around to get a simple answer. It should never be this hard! And no one knows how to follow through! Unfortunately, this has soured my love for this hotel and I will not be back. I’m beyond frustrated at how this was handled and the lack of urgency or interest to get back in touch with guests over issues that are important to them. It’s like once you’ve checked out, you no longer matter. That message is loud and clear.
