  Thank you Embassy Suites, La Quinta. Gina at the front desk was so helpful and accommodating. The complementary happy hour and breakfast really added to the stay. Although the food at happy hour could possibly be a bit more. The best serving was with the grilled vegetables vs. raw vegetables. The room was so lovely - clean and well appointed. I'll definitely be staying with Embassy again!

  I wanted to give the hotel five stars but there were a few issues prohibiting that. Let me start with the positives. This is an absolutely beautiful hotel. The grounds are well maintained, staff is friendly, and the pool is a nice size with ample chairs. The rooms are spacious and updated. My husband and I had the king bed and living room both facing the pool with the picturesque mountains in the background. They have morning breakfast with an excellent array of food (pancakes, sausages, bacon, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, pastries, etc.) and drinks (like coffee, orange juice, etc). The evening happy hour was also great! My problems with the hotel could not be overlooked however. We got stuck in the elevator heading back from the evening happy hour our first night. It was a little troubling with the alarm being so loud. We spent about five minutes feeling helpless. Not sure if the gentleman we called on the phone helped us or if we just had to wait out the elevator issue. When we attempted to ride it the morning of check out, we heard it get stuck on another floor and were forced to take the stairs down with all of our luggage. :( Had we stayed for more than just a night, I would have definitely complained about the sink not draining properly, which was quite annoying, considering it had that special spout that controlled the water pressure. And, lastly when my husband and I were eating breakfast I took a phone call in the conference room on the first floor because the door was open. I saw the biggest cockroach I’ve ever seen in my life. I let my husband know who then prompted one of the service staff. He said he would take care of it, but we sat there for another 15 minutes and no one went in the room to remedy the issue. I wondered whether other areas had cockroach issues. Would I stay at the hotel again? Not sure.

  The employees were efficient and friendly! Great combination. Loved my room, the food is good and the text message option was a nice surprise.

  Świetny hotel w górskiej lokalizacji. Obsługa na wysokim poziomie. Pokoje czyste codziennie sprzątane "na błysk". Śniadania pyszne choć mogłyby być bardziej urozmaicone.
