The pool was great with people swimming even in the cold weather. The connecting rooms were a joy. We were disappointed by the service, however. It took a long time during prime time for a desk court to even come out to check us in because we wanted room keys and breakfast cards, etc. The meals were substandard and even worse than the average Hampton Inn. The restaurant staff was very nice. We were disappointed that there was not even an attempt to make any housekeeping service or replace towels during a three day two night stay.

For such a short stay, not worth trouble of reporting it, waiting for worker and maybe not getting resolved. Remember, always bring earplugs when traveling!
