  Comfortable and clean rooms. The beds were good, I slept well. The staff was very friendly. The food at the restaurant was solid. The location is great if you have a car. Chick Fil A across the street and some other fast food nearby which is handy. It's right on I-5 and in between Disney/Knotts and LA so it's a good location to get wherever you need to go.

  Great stay. I wish Tristan could be behind the reception desk at every hotel I check into. He was very friendly and welcoming. Clean hotel and close to Knotts. I would definitely stay here next time I’m in the area.

  My review: "Tristan, Mauricio and Camryn checked us in for our stay during our business trip, and Cindy and Mario were helpful when packages came to the hotel for me. They were courteous, polite, and efficient. The lobby was very clean, neat, and there is a mini store, with most things a guest would need in a pinch. The restaurant had a great staff, good food, and clean establishment with TVs and a bar with booths and tables for dining. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, wifi is strong, and they have an iron, ironing board, refrigerator and microwave. Shower has shampoo, conditioner and bodywash attached to the shower wall, and water pressure is strong. There is also a business center and a café area with coffee, juice and muffins for folks on the go. The housekeeping staff and maintenance crews are attentive of guest needs and making sure guests are not inconvenienced. Overall, its a great location, with shopping close by and a large parking lot, which has ample parking in front and back and a Chick Fil A across from the hotel parking lot. Recommended!"

  I stay in a lot of IHG hotels, but this one was one of the better ones I have stayed in. Also, I know the restaurant is separate, but the seating space for my complimentary (I have diamond status) breakfast was an above average experience.

  Summary: Hotel facilities are fine but the location stinks. Good: The hotel facilities are modern and fine. The only issue I had was in one of my stays, some sewage odor was coming out of the bathroom drain. This depends on the room. Services are fine, too. This is a typical business hotel for people traveling for work. Hotel is right off the 5 Freeway so it's easy to get on/off. Bad: Due to the industrial location, outside becomes dark and empty after hours and you don't feel safe to walk around. If you just want a hotel that's close to your customers and all you do is stay inside at night, this hotel is fine. But if you want to eat out or take a stroll outside to catch a part of SoCal, this is definitely not the place. This hotel is located in a small industrial section with nothing to see or do around. There are 3 eateries across but they are mostly average in quality. 1 restaurant closes at 9pm and the 2 others are fast foods that open late, but the In-N-Out requires an uneasy, ~10 min walk in the dark. Once you walk outside for a minute in the dark, you will quickly go back to your room, especially if you are a woman. This leaves you with only 2 options: 1 mediocre restaurant and Chick-Fil-A. The hotel restaurant is pretty good but not cheap and gets tired after a while. For the safety reason alone, I stopped staying at this location unless I am forced to by my company. Even then, I wouldn't want to stay here for more than 1 business day. There is absolutely nothing to see or do within walking distance.
