  Perfect location , the views from my room excellent , service was the major plus. Jerome from desk service was a big help , thanks again. Breakfast was great , rooms are clean and comfy. Highly recommended when traveling with family.

  My girlfriend and I found this gem hidden in the woods the last time we drove down 101. I have always had great service from every other Holiday Inn I have stayed at, but this one went above and beyond. In less than 5 minutes we were able to check in and started unloading the car. Jerome was very helpful and made sure our stay was the best it could be. The bed was so very comfortable, and the shower felt so incredible after a long cold day at all the beaches you stopped along the way. The casino right next door was absolutely perfect. They didnt allow smoking indoors and had $2 draft Bud Lights, with penny slots! Plus the bar and grill was another must stop as well. In all we believe we found the best place to stop if you're ever up in Klamath!

  I would rate this place a 4.5. The room had a nice huge shower, but the bathroom was absolutely freezing. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. The bed was large and decently plush without being overly soft. The couch was also surprisingly nice. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived at a terrible late hour, but had no trouble checking in. We would stay again. Note: no cell service in the entire area for several miles, so utilize the wifi for directions ahead of time if you need them. There is a residential area and recreation center across the road so you may see people walking by while in the parking lot. I never felt unsafe though.

  Really cannot recommend staying here. Had problems with the restraunt, had problems with the casino and had problems with the hotel. Restraunt got my pizza order wrong and instead of making me a new one or even offering to do so they just put tommatos on top and ran a torch over it so I had burnt toppings with lots of liquid. Casino I won a small jackpot with by law requires reporting to irs, but at 7pm on Saturday night the only person there had never done one and after trying to figure it out for 45 min called his manager who took another 30 min to get there then it took another 30 min because instead of just quickly getting me my winnings she used my time to train the person on what to do so it took another 30ish min. for the hotel the key cards they gave me would only open the door once before being needed to get re-keyed, 5 times for my two day stay! On the good side the breakfast host really works hard to make sure everything was clean and well prepared, and the location is amazing. so just stay a few miles away :)
