11 Nov, one night. Checked in ok, room ok. Found swimsuit that got left behind then hair in the sink. We questioned if the room had been cleaned? Sheets changed? They smelled fresh but….. Standard Holiday Inn breakfast. Seems like always a crapshoot as far as quality.

Honestly, I'd probably rate the location 3.5/5 stars, but since it leaned more on the 4 side, I went with 4.
Rooms weren't bad, though the top floor and my room had a really weird smell to it, almost like mildew or mold. Affected my allergies but I tolerated it.
Food options were pretty good and the food itself was excellent. Staff on the food side were attentive and great.
Casino was a nice touch and quite fun.
Plenty of parking and overall a pretty convenient and safe spot. No safety concerns at all.
I did mark off a full star for behavior of one of the attendees the morning we checked out. My friend asked if the gift shop was open as the door was open but sign showed closed. She was rather rude, and complaining about staff in either the restaurant or casino portion. A simple yes or no would have been sufficient. As a Platinum and former Diamond, I'm a bit shocked by the attitude of this individual.
Overall still a good stay and worked well for what we were doing travel wise.

國家公園附近唯一靠譜的住宿,但是環境不怎麼樣,尤其是衛生不佳。還有一個賭場,環境嘈雜。

Stayed 4 nights. I agree with the rest of the reviews. The HI Klamath is perfectly situated to be a base for exploring the Klamath area as well as the Redwood parks and related activities, basically from the Big Lagoons south of Orick to Crescent City. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are comfortable, clean and well kept. There is an attached (mini) casino with a restaurant (limited options, but I would rate the food as decent).
