It’s about time I got a horrible experience which ruined my impression of this hotel I got from my previous stays First the front desk lady with the mask helped check me in and gave me my hotel keys only to see that the room wasn’t ready yet. I waited 10 minutes so I had to go back to get another room. I told her the room wasn’t ready and she had no idea. So she gave me a free upgrade but then when I got to that room and I turned on the TV and there was only 5-10 channels available. It’s so unusual cause everytime I would stay here the cable TV was working just fine with all the channels. I called the front desk lady about it and she said the other rooms were experiencing the same thing and told me “she couldn’t do anything about it.” She didn’t sound that remorseful either based on her tone I couldn’t be anymore disappointed. What a way to start the year with hotels…

He did drugs, went through my things and ate my food. I wasn’t contacted by the hotel but by the police. They weren’t even helpful when I went back to grab my things to check out. They Only apologized about what happened after I was visibly upset. No manager to explain to me what occurred or to comfort me. I felt super unsafe. They don’t care about your safety at all. Would never stay here again. My company has blacklisted this hotel.

- SWShamrock WDec 13, 20255.0Exceed expectations. I didn’t expect much, just a stop in the middle of a road trip. The room was huge and clean. It has a fridge, microwave, and most importantly it’s dog friendly. Breakfast was included with waffle iron and pancake makers. Excellent value. Special shout out to Dora who took meticulous care of the breakfast area. She was also very friendly and helpful. We will return if we find ourselves in need of lodging in this area.

My last 2 visits here over the last 2 weeks have been above and beyond! I'd like to give a huge thanks to the sweet young lady at the front desk Adamari! She not only is so friendly and welcoming. She went out of her way 2 times to make my stay as homelike as possible. I really appreciate her, her kindness really made a difference to me. We need more people like Admari. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
