Staff was friendly rooms were comfortable.
Best Western is usually a reliable brand. Although I'm a BW Rewards member, I was able to get a lower rate on Priceline. Check in was simple.
The room was in good order, but we did observe a few unwelcome insects on the floor or furniture. So I think they need to expend a little more effort on pest control management.
Breakfast was good -- eggs, potatoes, bacon -- but was lacking fresh fruit, and yogurt (from a dispenser?) was unavailable. Bagels, bread, and mini muffins were also available.

I was told today, by the GM Cyndia Garcia, that they can NOT disinfect urine off of the sheets. Yes, I had an accident in my sleep. No, I was not drunk and no, I have not had this happen before. đ I removed the sheets, placed a towel over the spot and let the front desk know I had an accident and would need a "Full Service Clean" their words, not mine for cleaning the room other than changing out the towels. Are the sheets cleaned of "other" bodily fluids? Do they charge everyone $100 when they do a "Full Service Clean" which includes changing the sheets? I am embarrassed and humiliated over the situation and on top of that I was charged for it!! My stay was for 6 nights and I only requested Full Service that once.
Heater made a loud high pitched screeching sound. Moved to another room, and after the next heater was on a while, it too was extremely loud. The refrigerator was very loud too. Not only that, the beds were stiff as a board, (I miles well be sleeping on the floor). So I didn't get any sleep at all before I went to my family's for Christmas. Other than that it was fine. The biggest highlight of the whole stay, was the amazing breakfast which was 10/10

I left this stay feeling extremely disappointed. From the moment we arrived, the experience was off. We showed up early and asked if the room happened to be ready. Instead of a simple answer, we were told that check-in wasnât until 3 PM. When I asked again if the room itself was actually ready, they said yesâbut only then mentioned the $33 early check-in fee. We were fine paying it, but the way it was communicated made us feel like we were bothering them, and they didnât offer the option until we pushed for it.
Later in the stay, things got worse. Our room was never cleaned, even though we were out for hours. When I called the front desk, the first thing they suggested was that we must have had the âDo Not Disturbâ sign up, which we absolutely did not.
Then I was told that housekeeping has to be specifically requestedâsomething that was never mentioned at check-in, not posted anywhere in the room, and not listed in any hotel information. When I asked if this was actually their policy, the story suddenly changed again, which felt more like excuses than transparency.
What made it even more frustrating is that their own website clearly states they offer daily housekeeping, completely contradicting what we were being told.
They eventually said they could send housekeeping, but it was already late in the afternoon and only if we left the room. By that point, we were already settled in, so that wasnât a helpful solution.
I asked to speak with a manager during this situation and was told there was no manager on duty, but that one would be in at 8 AM. When I went to check out in the morning and again asked to speak with a manager, I was informed there was no manager on shift and that they wouldnât be in until the afternoon. I requested a call from a manager, but I still havenât heard from anyone.
Overall, the poor communication, inconsistent information, lack of accountability, and unprofessional handling of basic services made this stay far more stressful and disappointing than it should have been. I truly hope management takes a serious look at how situations like this are handled.
