I stay in hotels every night for work and this was the worst one we have stayed in ever. Extremely shady practices when it comes to parking. You won't be told that you'll be charged until after you stay. The paper they make you sign has nothing entered for parking. Awful awful way to go about business. Definitely would not recommend.

I am filing this complaint regarding my extremely disturbing and unfair experience at Staybridge Suites, where I was retaliated against and forced out of the hotel with my three children under the age of five, just one week before Christmas, after booking a two-month stay.
The issue began when the Assistant Manager, Caleb Ro, attempted to charge me $260 for bedsheets with no proof, documentation, or itemized breakdown. I requested—per consumer protection laws—to see an itemized list or fee sheet showing how this amount was determined. It is illegal to charge a random amount without documentation.
Caleb stated that Roberto, the Head of Housekeeping, told him the price was “his decision.” When I questioned this, I overheard them in the back typing and attempting to create something, which made it very clear there was no preexisting fee sheet or policy. The charge was completely arbitrary.
Because of this, I contacted Customer Relations to report the issue. Caleb then said to me (his exact words):
“So you want to call Customer Relations? You shouldn’t have done that, but I respect your choice.”
Less than five minutes later, there was a knock at my door with a letter stating I had to leave the hotel and that my keys would be deactivated after 11:00 AM. This was clear retaliation for contacting Customer Relations.
I had already spent a significant amount of money at this hotel over time. In April 2025, I was also falsely accused of my son breaking a 32-inch television, and I was charged $800—even though the TV was already damaged. I now believe I was scammed during that stay as well.
I reached out to Chris (management/ownership) via two detailed emails explaining the discrimination and retaliation I experienced from Caleb Ro. No one responded. No one followed up. No one cared.
Putting a mother and three young children out of a hotel one week before Christmas, after a long-term booking, without cause and in retaliation for exercising my consumer rights, is unacceptable, unethical, and traumatic.

Remember there is a $25/night parking fee AND a $10.00/night additional fee. 1 bedroom suite is great with a full kitchen (no oven) Breakfast is excellent! There is no bacon! The evening reception is also excellent and could even be considered a lite meal.

There was a problem with the computer system, so checking out in the morning was very inconvenient. The room was also noisy.
