During check-in, the staff reviewed the various charges associated with the stay — however, parking fees were not mentioned at all. I was later surprised to see $75 in parking charges added to my bill. I don’t mind paying for parking if I’m informed in advance, but this was not clearly communicated at check-in. When I called the hotel for clarification, Caleb informed me that I should have read the terms and conditions in advance and that the parking charges would not be refunded. The tone of the conversation felt dismissive rather than service-oriented.

More charges at checkout: $25 parking fee (this is not downtown, there no parking garage), AND $10 "Resort Fee". The front desk informed me that the fee is for the amenities. Funny, because guests laundry is not one of the included amenities! BEWARE - this location charges a higher room rate than other hotels in the area AND then nickels and dimes you!!!

My issue with this place is the fees associated with your stay. $25 a day for parking is outrageous, then $10 a day as resort fee is funny, because there is no resort but okay! I definitely won't stay here again. Not sure what my husband was thinking when he booked this place.
