  Lisa got the worst customer service that I ever experienced in hotels, she was very unprofessional and unhelpful, the hotel itself was nice and clean but they need better staff.

  My wife and I live close by and this has been our favorite spot to get away. Now when the website and other employees tell me that the bar/restaurant is open from 6am - 11am (and I see people eating)…. But we come down at 10:30am and the bar tender says that it’s not open until 12pm, I am very confused however I understand. I’m pretty easy going. So I come back at 12:00 and there is no one working the bar and it’s now it is 12:30…. I’m less understanding and a lot more irritated. I see now that this hotel is in business strictly for people who travel due it’s proximity to the airport; and not for the customer experience. Will I be back unfortunately not, would I recommend it no! Drive a little further and stay at the Irvine Spectrum Marriott!!!

  What are they thinking? On a business trip, I arrived at 9 pm on a Sundayand found the stark white "lobby" filled with18-25 year olds sitting and laying on all of the available furniture. I asked reception what was going on: a dance party competition! Oh, joy! for a business man needing to eat at the only restaurant in the same cavernous space.I had a surprise when I returned to see the same and more of the 20 somethings. I asked them what time their competition would end. 6 am, Monday! So all night. I was awakened several times during the night with people banging doors and hanging out in the hallways. They crowded the shuttle to the airport, chatty and exhausted, ready to get on planes. What fun! REception saif they noted my concerns and would reach out. A week and more: nothing no call, no email, nada.

  Although I didn’t stay at the Hilton Irvine / Orange County, I visited and spoke with the reception. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and very clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming, including the valet team. The only downside is the parking fee—it is quite high, which can be surprising given how lovely everything else is.

  Me and my husband stayed here for one night we booked not through the hotel website directly so we were not aware of the $52 dollar valet parking or if you wanted to park your car yourself it was a non-option $46 and there are almost no other lots or anything else around. We went down for breakfast and it looks like a continental style self serve very standard and a small sign that we later read which is if you get any hot food it’s $30 plus tax plus automatic tip/gratitude but they hide it as a “service charge and then still ask for a tip on top of that me and my husband paid $77 for breakfast of a mediocre buffet
