  The only down fall from this hilton was we checked out of our room at 553 this morning. The breakfast starts at 6. All I wanted to grab was a banana and an orange and the breakfast staff told me that since I checked out already even know checkout is at 11:00 that I could not grab an orange and a banana I would have to pay for that because I already checked out of my room. Even though that I paid for the room through 11:00 but since it was 5 minutes to she did not allow me to take a quick snack to the airport without paying for it. I just thought that was very unprofessional of the hotel since you pay good rates and parking for the amenities. Other than that the service was good the rooms were clean

  Everything is nice except for the fact that they charge $30 for parking. I booked via Booking.com and they didn’t mention anything about the fee. If you are gonna charge something like that, next time, please put that on the booking site.

  I recently stayed at this property for two nights and was disappointed with my experience. I’ve stayed here several times because it’s conveniently located next to my business meetings, but this stay fell short. My main concern was the cleanliness of the room. The carpet clearly needed a more thorough vacuuming, and the coffee bar still had torn, empty sugar packets left behind. Most concerning, however, was that the comforter, blanket, and pillows smelled strongly of body odor—either from the previous guest or because they hadn’t been properly cleaned. While I trust that the sheets are washed, the rest of the bedding also needs to be sanitized or refreshed to remove odors. I needed to extend my visit by an extra night but chose to check into another hotel instead. For the $220 per night rate I was quoted, I also expected basic amenities like a robe and slippers and cleaner room, but the front desk informed me they don’t provide and did not have any available. As a Hilton Honors member, I’ve noticed a decline in amenities and overall service and cleaniless in recent years. I’ll likely choose the Hyatt Regency down the street moving forward, as the service has been more consistent there. And yes—the $30 per night parking fee at this property feels excessive.

  Rooms are kept clean, wait staff and bartenders are good. The food is good. Try the pork belly tacos.
