If I could give this place less than one star, I would. I will never stay at this location again. There were cockroaches running around the hotel, hair left in the bathroom from a previous guest, stains on the bed, dirty carpets, weed left in the fridge, and the air conditioning never works. (See attached pictures.)

Flight attendant review here. I Love this location, very relaxing atmosphere. Staff goes beyond and very knowledgeable of area. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and always welcoming. Rooms are always clean with plenty of space for guest. You can your connect Netflix and YouTube to the tv, which is a plus for frequent travelers. Definitely recommend staying here.

This is a super dated hotel that is in desperate need of a renovation. They have to provide free food and alcohol to keep people returning. The food sucks and I don’t drink alcohol so I won’t be returning! The entire hotel got a 3:30 am wake-up call telling everyone to evacuate the hotel. Then 30 minutes later they very un-empatheticly apologized telling us we could go back to our room but the elevators are inoperable. After climbing 10 flights of stairs we got back to our room 45 minutes after being awoken by the fire alarm. We booked the presidential suite because we were hosting a business group. The suite was NOT AT ALL presidential. No exhaust fans in either restroom, no clocks on the nightstands, showers had ankle deep standing water, other than a decent view the suite SUCKED! We will never stay here again! You should not either!

Conveniently located for business travel among numerous commercial buildings. Enjoyed the amenities expected of an Embassy Suites, including palatable breakfast with made-to-order omelet, nice courtyard, spacious and comfortable suites, and cleanliness. Be aware of the overnight parking fee, but that's hardly atypical these days. Special shoutout to Alyssa at the front desk, who went above and beyond in response to service requests, many thanks!

This Hilton/Embassy Suites location delivers on the brand’s reliable staples—mobile check-in, mobile key, and a free breakfast that’s always appreciated. The $37 self-parking in the deck is worth noting, especially if you're driving. The room was spacious and cozy, equipped with a small fridge, microwave, and wet bar, which made settling in easy. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night. I also enjoyed the evening happy hour, where guests receive two complimentary drinks—a nice touch that adds value to the stay. One downside: I’m not a fan of Hilton’s cable setup. The remote lacks channel numbers, and the guide is organized alphabetically, which makes flipping between channels like ABC and TNT a bit of a chore. Location-wise, it’s super convenient—just 5–7 minutes from John Wayne Airport, which is perfect for travelers. Overall, this is a solid place to stay, and I’ll definitely be back.
