  The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable, making it a great place to rest, especially given its convenient location near LAX airport. The lady at reception was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and all staff members were welcoming and professional throughout my stay. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay near the airport.

  I never give bad reviews, but I must say the management here are not here to encourage or provide a peaceful environment, I was threatened by a black male because I wouldn’t let him in the dining area with my key, called me out of my name, got in my face who threatened to shoot me told management, nothing was done my second night there I’m woke at 1230 by loud noise over my head, I called the front desk, and was told by a very rude desk person, there’s nothing he could do. I paid $160 and I can’t sleep. I want my money back and I will never go there again 640 Manchester, Los Angeles, California
