  The best Best Western I've eve stayed at . The rooms were big and very clean. The bedding was very clean . What made the stay even better was how attentive and nice all the staff was from the night we checked in to the morning when we left .Chrissy the supervisor went above and beyond to make our stay feel at home. Great customer service and making guest feel welcome and important. Im so impressed with this Best Western. Thank you Chrissy for our best stay at your hotel. We'll be back again .

  So lobby was being remodeled and using a room. Checked in late. Room was a little dated. Bathroom definitely needed remodeling. Missing coffee table. Very slippery floors. 2nd day noticed only two towels in bathroom to shower. Went to ask cleaning staff. They were yelling check out 11 o'clock, go, go. Out of the 4 that worked the 1st floor, the young woman is the only one that knew English. I believe operated by either, Taiwanese or Vietnamese personnel and at times they hardly understand questions I asking about. Breakfast was a paper bag of yogurt, apple juice, blueberry muffin and either an apple or orange. I will not be staying at this location. 4 nights at $748.98. With a $100 incidental. I said a $100? I thought it was $50. No sir, that's if you smoke damage furniture or order movies. I said, i can I order movies - no sir. Huh? I've stayed at many BW..this was not so good an experience.

  The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean. The shower was nice and spotless, which I really appreciated. However, the bed had a bit of a damp or humid smell, which wasn’t pleasant and took away from the overall comfort. Breakfast was a disappointment. Although it was advertised as “included,” it turned out to be a very basic cold breakfast; just apple juice, water, a muffin, banana, and yogurt. I understand they were likely renovating the lobby or dining area, but the temporary setup could have been better. Overall, I gave them 4 stars because the room itself was nice, the location was good, and the staff seemed friendly; but there’s room for improvement, especially with the breakfast and bed freshness.

  Booked on line for a better deal. I dont normally stay at Best Westerns (bad experiences in the past) BUT, this is by far the BEST Best Western I've stayed at in the last five years of traveling. I will recommend this place to friends who want to visit this area.

  My husband and I chose this place for our weekend getaway but I wouldn't return. The renovations to the rooms are very nice and the bed was actually comfortable, and the pillows weren't horrible (even though we bring our own), but the other situations we faced made for a far less than ideal stay. One was that no matter what time of day I showered the hot water cut out completely after 3 minutes and then the water pressure would fall off only to come back most of the way right before the end of the shower. Second, we were offered to stay at the far end of the property on the premise that it would be "quieter" for the 3 nights we were staying. How I wish that were true. Instead they put us right between 2 or 3 other families who were traveling together and their brats were yelling down to their friends/cousins(?) from the walkway landing and running back and forth non-stop between rooms for hours. Kids were well old enough to know better and have some manners but the parents didn't do anything about their kids constantly running/yelling past other people's rooms. Additionally, I don't know if they were working on the property (for renovations) or staying there but there were at least 2 or 3 guys with their missing catalytic converter ear splitting exhaust modifications on their stupid cars that literally shook the windows when they started the engines. Do they pull out and go right away like normal people? No. They let them sit and rumble while they chat back and forth. The entire area smells like swarm of 2 stroke engines was running for hours the fumes were so strong. Lastly, if that wasn't enough, we counted about 8 ambulances a day roaring up and down Beach Blvd. all day and night. The traffic on that road is already bad to not add this noise as well. Change the name of the place to 'Noise Central' and at least you know what you're getting.
