Iām a foreign guest and a long-time loyal customer of this hotel, and every time I stay here, I feel truly welcomed. All the staff members are extremely attentive and helpful ā especially the team at the front desk, who always go above and beyond to assist us. During our stay, the hotel was undergoing a renovation to further improve the guest experience, which shows their commitment to constantly getting better. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The hotel also has an excellent location: close to the beach, downtown Huntington Beach, shops, grocery stores, and great restaurants. We would like to sincerely thank the entire team for taking such good care of us during our 14-day stay. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip to California.
