  Basic but clean rooms. Good enough for a couple of nights. Staff friendly and helpful. Little Mexican cafe attached do a great breakfast

  Room are CLEAN but old they have the brown cheap blanket. Kueriq coffee machine in room.. Towels are clean but thin..Clean . Elevator hasn't work the whole stay. Isabella is nice friendly receptionist helpful and pleasant.

  Me encanto la estadia de este hotelito pequeñito , pero comfortable, me senti en casa y en mi cama ,por que la cama a gusto, Venimos para un evento mi esposo y yo ceca de aqui , estubimos por 2 noches lo recomiendo , es muy limpio los cuartos cerca de todo lugar que es en Hollywood Paseo de la Fama , el personal de el Lobby y gente de servicio muy amable y el desayuno de el restaurant que esta en la parte de abajo riquicimo , mi esposo y yo encantados , regresariamos de nuevo aqui 100% Gracias por todo salimos Felices. 🌹🙏 para nosotros a ustede Mucho cariño ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️♥️

  the hotel itself is in a nice spot, easy access to a lot of cool things. our experience sucked here though. when we first arrived to check in, Christina told us our reservation through Travelocity was canceled, we called Travelocity and they said it was all good but Christina insisted we had to pay the new rate as it was canceled. Luckily after calling travelocity they had to rebook it. We firmly believe that she was trying to scam us as she was asking for new card numbers, the receipt also didn’t match what we we paid when we booked in December so that was very very odd. The room seemed clean but it really wasn’t. pubic hair was left on our “clean” sheets. the climate control didn’t work, so my wife and i froze at night. the hot water never got hot and to top it all off, the following morning some naked lady was screaming for help while a man was pulling her into a room. the area is NOT safe, day or night. we encountered many homeless people and others asking for money just walking to our car that was parked there. the marijuna smell is also non-stop there, as soon as you walk out of your room you smell it and once you get to the parking garage below there are people smoking it everywhere. id say the only good thing about this stay was the comfy pillows.

  This hotel is a great location if you don’t have a car as you can just walk to corner of Hollywood and highland in 5 minutes. There is a cafe on site with great coffee and also coffee in the room. Just across the road is late night food options and drink machines on premises. Plenty of parking spots and a pool. The main reason for this review is to compliment the girl on the desk at check in. Evening of Monday 5th Jan. Her name was Christine. She was so friendly and helpful, beyond expectation with a really sweet nature. Thank you Christine.
