- SAStephanie AboytesFeb 24, 20261.0My kids and I used to love staying here but the last few times we stayed here (because my home was being renovated) the hotel black listed me for absolutely no reason and kept my deposit. I politely kept asking why and no one would tell me I was told to email the manager, which I did but no reply. I called but staff kept telling me he just walked out. The manager treated us with such disrespect and apparently discrimination because we did absolutely NO damage to the property even with my service dog we did NO damage. The room I stayed in had some damages already and alerted the front staff and asked if she can come look at it but refused. The next stay it was infested with black ants and I was still very kind and asked if they could switch me room but they said no, so I just said if I could get full room services to clean up the ants everyday and it took them till the third day to vacuum the room and do something I have never been so disrespected by a hotel and some of the staff. Some ladies especially the breakfast lady was so kind , everyday morning with a smile and greeting. What's the point of trying to get high level tiers if I'm only going to be treated bad and disrespect and treated with discrimination. Comfortable beds, but I'll never stay here again only to be eaten by ants.

The entire staff makes you feel valued and at home. This is always my go to hotel when I visit the desert. The staff makes the stay worth it.
