- JMJohn MorrisOct 3, 20251.0Hair on toilet food left in freezer got permission to park my trailer when enough spots opened from the lady that checked me in just to later have to leave early from visiting friends to move my truck off property because they can’t accommodate a trailer if you can’t accommodate trailer parking don’t rent a room to people with a trailer I’m an avid IHG member and will move to Hilton rewards from now on I’ve never been treated so poorly at an IHG hotel in my life. After walking their parking lot with an employee proving no other spots I had to relocate my truck off site to an unsecured area will never return to this trash hotel

Jose Luis went above and beyond to make it all better. Bryan, the day front desk, was a delight, greeting guests and engaging with all whom he came in contact. Vanessa and Rosa did a superb job in maintaining the breakfast buffet. They were outstanding. We also met AJ, the General Manager. We could tell that he set the high standards of the hotel and allowed his employees to do their jobs. Stay there! You’ll thank me later.
