- DNDominique NashNov 29, 20251.0⭐ 1 Star Verified Stay: November 23, 2025 My family and I had an extremely upsetting experience at this Best Western location involving the treatment of my ADA-protected service dog, Tommie. Despite following all ADA guidelines, we were met with unnecessary questioning and resistance that made an already stressful travel day even harder for me and my family. As someone who travels cross-country with four children, a husband, and a trained service animal, I rely on hotels to follow federal law and treat guests with respect and dignity. Unfortunately, that did not happen here. I have since filed a formal ADA complaint due to the misconduct we experienced. Best Western’s corporate office has acknowledged my report and opened a case for review, which I appreciate — but the treatment at this property itself should never have occurred in the first place. I hope this review encourages management to properly train staff on ADA compliance and disability etiquette so no other family has to go through an experience like this. Update: I appreciate that management responded; however, the issues my family experienced were not limited to “difficulties” with my service dog. As documented on video and shared with Best Western Corporate, there were multiple ADA violations, false accusations, and discriminatory actions. This matter has already been escalated to the appropriate corporate and federal channels for review. I am sharing this update to ensure full transparency and to help protect other families from similar treatment.
