- RSRaymond SantosDec 7, 20255.0I stayed here for 2 days only because the girl In the front deck helped me get my room corrected the other girl i was on the phone with completely got the room wrong anyways when I got there genesis the girl that helped me was able to recognize my diamond plus Status told me about my points I had no idea about and got me 1 more night just off of my diamond status totally Awesome I get to enjoy the breakfast for 2 days just because the girl that helped me out took her time was well spoken plus she was able to tell me most of it in Spanish was amazing thank you genesis I will definitely be Recommending everyone I know to stay here
- CRCrunchy RollDec 6, 20255.0Called ahead of my stay and spoke to Bailey at the front desk she was so nice and polite I requested being next to elevator and that next week I finally got to put a face to the voice and checked in with Bailey she is the sweetest and made sure my room was right across from the elevator so I didn’t walk far or have to hear the noise all night. I also had a little trouble with my tv and called down to the desk Bailey came up and fixed the problem within 5 mins quick attentive and made my stay there amazing WILL DEF BE COMING BACK!
