  I had such a great stay here! The bed was incredibly comfortable, I slept so well! Very plush pillows too. The room itself well kept which made it easy to fully relax. The housekeeping staff were so friendly and kind, and you can tell they genuinely care about their work. A special shoutout to the front desk, Bailey! She was incredibly genuine and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. That kind of service really makes a stay memorable😊 I would absolutely stay here again, highly recommend it

  Have to start with how amazing the staff were. Very friendly and polite and willing to help. The rooms on the other hand were rough. Checked into one room first and noticed dead bugs under the sheets, stains on the couch and chairs, red marks on the comforter. We figured we got the bad room over the bunch. Then we checked into the other 2 rooms. Both similar. Not sure if cleaning staff were moving quick or whatnot, but it felt the had hardly cleaned and used Fabrize to make it seem like they did. Again, compliments to the front desk and breakfast staff. The rest wasnt so great.

  THE “PLUS” on BW MEANS PLUS MORE MONEY! This hotel was one of the worst BW I have stayed in. Not worst as in dirty but worse as in cramped and bathtub faucet was broken! WHERE IS QUALITY CONTROL? There was just my husband and I but we rented the room with 2 queens and I can’t imagine trying to navigate with 4 people in the room. NEGATIVES: 1. ONLY ONE LUGGAGE CART 2. CRAMPED ROOM AND EXTREMELY CRAMPED BREAKFAST AREA 3. NARROW HALLWAY 4. THIN WALLS AND YOU CAN HEAR TALKING FROM NEXT ROOM 5. SUPER TALL BEDS SO SHORTYS HAVE TROUBLE GETTING IN BED 6. BATHTUB WAS DANGEROUSLY SLIPPERY (Lawsuit injury just waiting to happen)

  The front desk associate was great (Genesis) very accommodating and sweet. Breakfast in the morning was really nice and the server was attentive. The room was quiet and very clean, except for the mini fridge was buzzing all night and was located at our feet—I didn’t notice it but honey did. The property wasn’t as well maintained as other BW pluses that we’ve been to. Overall we had a good night’s sleep. The room was very clean, had a good breakfast and good front desk service.
