  Stellar experience at 27 North. You can tell they spent a lot of time with the remodel. Our room and bathroom was amazing. The sitting room was my favorite place to hang out. Staff were all friendly and attentive. We’ll be back!

  The hotel is fine but is not nearly worth the price. There are so many great hotels in the area, at this price point 27 North just is very underwhelming.

  Charged for a day I didn’t stay and the front desk passed off the refund to hotels.com and then hotels.com passed it back to the front desk and said it’s their policy no refunds. And would not credit $495 back. So now I have to do a chargeback thru my credit card company. This was after they couldn’t find my booking upon check in.... so as far as I’m concerned they stole my money and need to refund the stay.
