    Staff were super friendly , rooms were clean & breakfast was delicious with great variety. No employees hovering over during breakfast which made it super comfortable to eat but were very very attentive to refill food trays , coffee machines etc.

    A decent place to stay for a short duration. We booked it for 4 nights for our first visit to LA and found it too crowded with very basic repeat breakfast everyday. The 2 queen bed room was very small with not enough space for a group of 2 adults and 2 kids.

    The cleanliness was disappointing. Stained furniture had to be replaced, and even the towels were unclean. This does not reflect IHG standards and was the least clean property I’ve stayed in

    My only issue are you don't have airport shuttle but have airport location part of the name of the hotel smh. Complementary breakfast you serve eggs with cheese. You should have 2 options one with and one without. Certain staff acts bothered when asking questions or needing help. First time was not what I thought it would be.

    It’s an average holiday inn hotel, for it’s price you can’t really beat it especially around LAX. But my issue is their fitness center that has broken equipments (tread climber 7years now and treadmill over 2 years now) with sign saying temporarily out of order. You can be at least honest about and maybe just remove them instead of showing in photos but not having them in working condition. Other than that for budget stay it is a great place, if you are parking in their lot just be careful and watchful. At times there are people waiting for vulnerable people. Mostly okay though
